Effective July 1, 2005, the Department of Criminal Justice Services, Division of Forensic Science became the Department of Forensic Science. Any reference herein to this agency prior to July 1, 2005 shall be construed to mean the Division of Forensic Science and, on or after July 1, 2005, such reference shall be construed to mean the Department of Forensic Science.
